I have been dear friends with KayLyn for what seems like centuries. We've battled the high school years together, tried the college thing for a while, experienced all of the highs and lows of our young twenties and have successfully continued to send unflattering pictures of ourselves to each other for over a decade. I will say this though, through all the years I have never seen her smile so radiant or her self so true, and I think we have Jeff to thank for that.

KayLyn and Jeff were home from Tacoma, WA over the forth of July weekend, and spent a morning with me in my backyard. The day was filled with laughter and smiles, which is something I've come to expect when hanging out with these two. They seem to have a way of simplifying love, and making it easy to understand from the outside. As I edited these photos I found myself laughing or smiling when I saw their happy faces, as though they were reminding me of why I chose this career.
